The library will be undergoing a major renovation to repair critical issues with the building’s foundation.  At the same time, we will be upgrading the entire Youth Department area.  As a result, the library building located at 9 Park Street will be closing down and we will be moving to a temporary location in the Eastworks Building across from the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

To allow us to pack and prepare the Youth Department area for this renovation, THE YOUTH DEPARTMENT WILL CLOSE AT 6PM ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 31.  Stock up on youth materials now!

THE ENTIRE LIBRARY BUILDING WILL CLOSE TO THE PUBLIC AT 6PM ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15.

We will reopen at our temporary location in the Eastworks Building, across from the Registry of Motor Vehicles at 9am on Monday, September 18.

We will have a limited collection of books, CDs and DVDs available for browsing and borrowing.
