Join local artist Dave Wallace (incendavery.com) to learn about his process for creating diary comics, and turn your own life into a work of art! Dave will lead participants through exercises that incorporate free writing, character creation, and scripting, before helping us put it all together into a finished comic. Calling all builders! Bring your friends and let your imagination run wild.

All ages watercolor evenings will be a relaxing, fun time for anyone of any age to come and participate in. Come alone or with a friend or family or a group–we will have all the supplies and prompts and you’re also free to explore and use the materials in your own way. Come join us for a lovely time!

Are you hoping to create characters that jump off the page and feel alive, but would like some guidance figuring out how to get there? Join local author Louangie Bou-Montes as she covers creative writing basics including outlining, character development, and world-building using examples and hands-on writing exercises.
