Library card registrations expire every two years. We want you to be able to continue using the library!

To renew your registration for two years:
Come in, call us at 413-527-1031 or email curbside@ewmlibrary.org with the following identifying information:

  • Your name
  • Your library card number
  • Your date-of-birth
  • Your current street address
  • Your current phone number
  • Your current email address
  • Would you like emailed checkout receipts by default?
  • Would you like to authorize anyone else to pick up holds for you when they arrive? If so, we need to make a note of their first and last name on your account. If you had already authorized someone, is it still okay for that person to pick up holds?

When emailing, you must provide all the information listed above to be granted another two years.

Please let us know if you are unable to find or no longer have your library card. We can provide you with a new card. Getting a new physical card will change your library card number.
