Easthampton Public Schools have a half-day so come to the library and spend the afternoon with a story time and art-making session geared for lower elementary (ages 4-8), siblings and all are welcome. We will be reading Grace Lin’s new picture book and making moon collages to hang!
Stay after story time or arrive just for this special toddler and preschool art-making time to celebrate the Week of the Young Child! Wear clothes that can get messy 🙂
Join us for a special edition of our weekly book celebration, focused on picture books from Japan and restoring paper lanterns which will be then floated on Nashawannuck Pond on the evening of August 9th in commemoration of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
