The Project is preparing to submit documents to the State for review under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA). Before submitting these documents, we would like to gather public input and comments on the Project as part of the MEPA Public Involvement Protocol for Environmental Justice Populations. A Project representative will be at the library to answer questions and to hear your input.
