Family Fort Night At the Library!
Jun 29 @ 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Come kick the summer off by making forts and reading in the library with flashlights after closing time! We will gather for a group story time and snacks and then disperse to make forts and read together! Bring sheets and pillows to make cozy forts. We will have one flashlight per family, feel free to bring more if you like.  Registration required. Festive Friday Afternoon!

It’s a half-day for Easthampton Public Schools, join us and Easthampton Public Health Nurse, Chris Southworth, for some cozy craft time making things with paper hearts! We’ll start with a short storytime and then dig into making.

Arctic Adventure Drop-In Day

Between 10am-2pm when you come to the library you can also participate in a winter scavenger hunt, special crafts, and more, all led by our Teen Volunteers! Drop-in anytime in that window.

Screen-Free Creativity with Chris: Shadow Boxes!

It’s a half-day for the Easthampton Public Schools, come to the library and spend time making shadow boxes of the natural world. Emily will start the program with a story and then Easthampton Public Health Nurse, Chris Southworth, will lead us in an absorbing and creative activity.

Coping Skills Workshop with Gina Krosoczka

Join us for an Expressive Arts activity led by Gina Krosoczka! Through creativity and crafts, children will learn new coping skills. This hour-long program will consist of read-aloud, social-emotional activities, and an art project to empower children to move through today’s world more easily. This whole-brain workshop—engaging sound, movement, and visuals—gives children a toolbox with opportunities and ways to cope with today’s everyday challenges. TAG Meeting and Duct Tape Wallets!

Come be a part of our teen advisory group! Come and share ideas about what programs the library could have and what we could buy for our collection. And then stay for a workshop making wallets out of duct tape! Ages 12+
