Join local artist Dave Wallace (incendavery.com) to learn about his process for creating diary comics, and turn your own life into a work of art! Dave will lead participants through exercises that incorporate free writing, character creation, and scripting, before helping us put it all together into a finished comic. Come hang out and try some new board games at the library! We’ll have plenty of games, feel free to bring your own, too. Light snacks will be provided.

Every time there is a 5th Tuesday of the month, come and enjoy the library’s board games with friends and family!

Come add to our Winter Mural before it goes up on display! Come drop-in to this collaborative multimedia mural-making session! We will have lots of fun and engaging materials and an inspiring winter backdrop of the city for participants of all ages to add to; it will be displayed at the library afterward. Stay for as long or as little of a time as you like.

Between 10am-2pm when you come to the library you can also participate in a winter scavenger hunt, special crafts, and more, all led by our Teen Volunteers! Drop-in anytime in that window.
