Come kick the summer off by making forts and reading in the library with flashlights after closing time! We will gather for a group story time and snacks and then disperse to make forts and read together! Bring sheets and pillows to make cozy forts. We will have one flashlight per family, feel free to bring more if you like. Registration required. Do you love books that make you laugh and are full of imagination and real feelings? Do you wish you had a fairy godmother named Mr. Nuggy, who answers the banana phone when you call? Or maybe you already know the Dory Fantasmagory books? Did you know a new one (the 6th!) just came out? If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, or are just up for a fun afternoon, come to our Dory Fantasmagory Party where we will celebrate this fabulous character and series with crafts, snacks, readalouds, and a dancy party inspired by the most recent book! Registration encouraged, program geared for children ages 5-9, all who are interested are welcome.
