Join us for a special meeting of the Intersectional Speculative Fiction Book Club. Instead of selecting a group read for this date, we will be hosting an informal book chat about the best things you’ve been reading, trends in the genre, and anything else your heart desires. Location TBD, potentially offsite.

Our Intersectional Speculative Fiction Book Club meets every other month, on the third Tuesday, from 6:30 – 8:00 PM. All are welcome to join! Registration is required. Email us at bookclubs@ewmlibrary.org if you are interested in joining and to request the next book title.

Come kick the summer off by making forts and reading in the library with flashlights after closing time! We will gather for a group story time and snacks and then disperse to make forts and read together! Bring sheets and pillows to make cozy forts. We will have one flashlight per family, feel free to bring more if you like.  Registration required. Lois returns for another artful summer workshop series! Each of these Tuesdays will feature an open-ended art project that centers around our theme of renewing and reusing; come to one or come to all of these fun programs. Registration is required. Help us beautify the Youth Department bookshelves with your art! During this quarterly program, you will have the chance to make something that will then be on display at the library for about three months.
