Christina Uss, author of A Girl Called Bicycle and many other “odd books with guaranteed happy endings” will be leading a workshop about how to fix a flat tire while talking about her own 4,000-mile bicycle trip across the United States! Recommended for school aged children; registration encouraged.

This year’s meeting will feature a presentation from Rick Teller about Sam and Emily Williston, the founders of our library! Emily’s Friends will be holding their semi-annual book sale this Saturday (May 21) on the library lawn. The sale will be 9am to 2pm, rain or shine. We have a fantastic selection of books, DVDs and CDs, so come early to get the best selection!
