Christina Uss, author of A Girl Called Bicycle and many other “odd books with guaranteed happy endings” will be leading a workshop about how to fix a flat tire while talking about her own 4,000-mile bicycle trip across the United States! Recommended for school aged children; registration encouraged.
Join the Library and Meat for Tea as we welcome local authors Jane Yolen and Peter Tacy on Tuesday, October 25th, 6:30pm! Jane and Peter will read selections from “The Black Dog Poems” (pub. 2022), and other works, including pairs of poems written by them that they call “back and forth poetry”.
We are partnering again with the Easthampton Council on Aging to host a book discussion of This Time Tomorrow, by Emma Straub. Check out a copy of the book AT THE LIBRARY starting October 3rd. Read the book and drop-in for the discussion AT THE COUNCIL ON AGING on November 10th at 1pm.
