New Library Director, Katya Schapiro!
We are excited to announce the hiring of our new library Director, Katya Schapiro! Katya comes to us from Brooklyn, New York after ten years with the Brooklyn Public Library system. Her background also includes experience as a theatrical producer and creator, grant programs coordinator, media archivist, and non-profit General Manager. Katya grew up in Northampton and has a deep love for the area. It’s a win-win situation for us
Changes in Hours the Week of Thanksgiving
Coming up quickly! Our changes in open hours during the week of the Thanksgiving holiday are as follows: Open regular hours on Monday and Tuesday from 9:30am – 8pm. Wednesday, 11/24 — Library CLOSING EARLY at 3pmThursday, 11/25 — Library CLOSEDFriday, 11/26 — Library open LIMITED HOURS from 12pm – 5pm We *will* be open regular hours Saturday, 11/27 from 9:30am – 2pm.
