We could all use a little stress relief these days. Luckily, the plants are here to help! Join Nora Toomey, Clinical Herbalist of True Bloom, to dive deep into a handful of plants that nourish and support the nervous system. In this one-hour program, you will learn plant actions and energetics as well as practical applications and preparations of various plants that prevent and relieve anxiety.

Nora Toomey is a Clinical Herbalist and Herbal Medicine Maker. She completed a 1,000 hour Apprenticeship and Clinical Certification at the Berkeley Herbal Center in California. She is the co-owner of a plant and sound meditation business, Flower and Frequency, and also runs a clinical practice and herbal product line, True Bloom. She is passionate about mutual aid and herbal harm reduction and has most recently begun work with the People’s Medicine Project, supporting folks through addiction and opioid use with plant medicine. Currently she lives in Northampton, Massachusetts, with her husband, Josh, and their cat, Stevie Nicks.
